Refresh the AI conversation tab, wait until its messages finish loading, then open ChatKeepr again. Confirm the page is on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Grok.

Export a conversation
- 01Open a supported AI conversation.
- 02Click ChatKeepr in the toolbar.
- 03Choose messages or recent chats.
- 04Select PDF, Word or Markdown.

Recent chats asks for access
That is expected. ChatKeepr requests optional access only to the provider you are using and only after you choose Recent chats.
A file did not appear
Open Chrome's Downloads panel and confirm automatic downloads are allowed. ChatKeepr saves to the download location configured in your browser.
A table looks incomplete
Reload the conversation so every row is visible before exporting. If it continues, report the provider and export format without including private table data.
Compatibility
Built around changing AI products.
ChatGPT and Gemini are the primary compatibility targets, with dedicated Claude and Grok adapters. Providers sometimes change their page structure; ChatKeepr reports when it cannot safely read a conversation rather than sending it to an online fallback.
